Yatin B. Thakore, Ph.D. , (Managing Partner, USA)
Yatin has over 30 years of multidisciplinary experience in chemical, biomedical / biotech, consulting, banking, and IT industries. Yatin has been working in the field of technology development, evaluation, and business development. He is also active in the area of technology transfer, and helps technology and healthcare companies as a business intermediary. Yatin holds a Ph.D. and Master's degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Utah, SLC, and holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
Gerard Viegas, (Managing Partner, USA)
Gerard has been providing strategic and business consulting services in the United States, the Middle East and Asia by introducing his clients' innovative products, technologies and services to the corporate world for over 20 years. His focus areas include IT, medical devices, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, media, entertainment and telecommunications. He has additional expertise in the areas of international distribution and marketing and holds a number of consulting agreements with Corporations in the US and abroad. Gerard has a degree in Commerce from Bombay University, India
Pranay Shah, (Managing Partner, India)
Pranay is a strategic business planner and has twenty years of experience in the US with Sara Lee Corporation and United HealthCare. He has worked with diverse industries in strategy, brand management, Quality Management and business restructuring with entrepreneurs and large companies. He is based in India since 2000. Pranay is from IIT Mumbai and has an MBA from Babcock School , Wake Forest , NC , USA .
Atul Vijaykar (Senior Consultant and Advisor, USA)
Atul is a seasoned veteran whose experience is in the information and communications technology sector primarily with Intel. He has worked in finance, operations management, business development and international market development. Atul set up and ran Intel's operations in India from 1995 to 2000. Atul is based in Silicon Valley with focus areas including international business development in the cleantech sector. Atul has a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Bombay and an MBA from UC Berkeley.
Sanjay Modak, Ph.D. (Senior Consultant and Advisor, Spain, India, Hong Kong)
Sanjay is a startup, turnaround and infrastructure specialist with over 25 years of extensive expertise managing business development, difficult P&Ls, formulating and implementing strategy in the USA, Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America. He has managed startups and joint ventures, and overcome government bureaucracy in the face of entrenched inertia in Asia . Sanjay has worked with AT&T Bell Laboratories, USA and Telstra and has extensive experience in Asia . He has advised telecom and mobile operators. He has also worked with real estate developers and investment funds across the globe. He has worked in Hong Kong , Sydney , Jakarta , Delhi and Spain . He has a BSc in Statistics from Elphinstone College , Bombay , India and MA and PhD degrees from the University of Notre Dame, USA .
